Meet Our Founder – Stefan

Stefan, a Royal Navy veteran with 22 years of service, founded SD Transportation Services with a focus on hands-on, customer-focused transport. He began as a combat medic before moving into a Pharmacy Technician role, managing medical logistics and supply chains under high-pressure conditions.

After leaving the military, Stefan started SD Transportation Services as a man-and-van business, handling small bulky items and waste collection. Over time, he transitioned the company to focus on house moves and business logistics, building a trusted local name known for professionalism, fairness, and excellent customer service.

Stefan holds Class 1 and Class 2 licences gained during his military service and is also a retained firefighter in his village, qualified in BA and training for his blue-light course to drive the pump under emergency conditions. Outside work, he is a keen biker, a hands-on dad, and carefully balances his professional and personal life.

Meet Our Administrator – Kiley

Kiley ensures that SD Transportation Services runs smoothly behind the scenes. With years of experience in customer-facing roles, including large logistics companies, she expertly manages bookings, enquiries, and customer communications.

Outside of work, Kiley shares Stefan’s passion for biking and is a dedicated horse owner. Her organisational skills and attention to detail help ensure every house move, bulky item delivery, or logistics service is seamless and professional.
